From May 19th to 21st, wine specialists and producers from renowned winery have hosted tasting and given precious advices concerning their products.

As water is life, SIAL China opened the tasting room to 2 water companies.

9:45am - 10:45am : Iceland Spring

Iceland water is the cleanest water in the world. Due to remoteness of Iceland and lack of industrialization, Iceland Spring is premium, alkaline water that has one of the lowest levels of undersirable chemicals ever recorded and a natural PH level of 8.8, which can provide numerous health benefits.

Rudolf Müller - always a sophisticated taste experience.
Wine enthusiasts and lovers of interesting wines experience Rudolf Müller as a range of elegant wines with a real sense of place. Wines from Mosel region in Germany are characterised by fresh fruit and elegant style. These characteristics are a result of the specific climatic conditions and soil in the region.

1:30pm - 3:45pm : Conseil Interprofessionnel des Vins de Provence

Created in 2003, the Conseil Interprofessionnel des Vins de Provence (CIVP) represents the entire line of Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée (AOC) wines of Provence, by grouping the three majaor appellations: Côte de Provence, Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence, Coteaux Varois en Provence. CIVP represents 600 producers, private and corporative cellars, and 68 trading companies.
