Asia’s Largest Food & Beverage Exhibition

SIAL China is the 4th biggest food show in the world, with 17 years’ experience in the market. Major market players from retail, hotel/restaurant/catering (HoReCa), food services, the import/export trade and manufacturing come to this show.

SIAL China sets the benchmark for overseas companies stepping into Asia and China as well as providing valuable market insights, trends and innovations of the regional food industry, in particular in the meat, dairy and beverage sectors. 

Join one of the biggest markets: Asia represents 2/3 of the worldwide population and is gaining 20 million new middle class people per year in China alone.

SIAL China 2017 will cover an area of 149,500 sq. of exhibition space in 13 halls, and it’s expected to witness the participation of 3,200 exhibitors representing 70 countries and a footfall of about 80,000 professionals.

MEAT  AREA in hall E3 & E4

474 exhibitors from 44 countries gathered at this area in 2016. 19 international pavilions including Brazil, India, Argentina, Australia, France, Uruguay and many more brought juicy meat to whet even the pickiest buyers’ appetite.

DAIRY  AREA in hall W2

In 2016, SIAL CHINA established the first independent DARIY area in its history, with 212 exhibitors from 40 countries including 3 national pavilions from Belgium, Lithuania and the United Kingdom. In terms of the number of exhibitors, Australia ranks the 1st, followed by Belgium, Lithuania, UK and Poland.

WINE  AREA in hall W5

213 exhibitors from 29 countries gathered here in 2016. South Africa, Spain, Bulgaria, Italy and Greece came with international pavilions presenting the European terroir. Meanwhile the Market construction service center of Jimo City and Management Bureau for Alcoholic Commodities of Gansu Province respectively organized provincial pavilions in the wine area.
