How do I register as a visitor?
Click here to goes to the on-line registration page. After pre-register, you will receive a confirmation letter with a barcode. Please present this barcode at the front desk, you will avoid wasting time.
How do I know if my registration is successful?
After your pre-registration, you will receive a confirmation email, with a barcode. If you don’t receive this email confirmation, you can e-mail us at sialchina@comexposium-sh.com
Where can I find the list of exhibitors?
You can find the 2013 exhibitors list in the website page "Exhibitors List 2013".
When can I receive my badge?
For security reasons, SIAL CHINA does not send out badges to individual visitors. As an individual visitor, you will be able to get your badge at the entrance of the exhibition by presenting your barcode (the confirmation of your registration) or by registering directly on the show with your professional name cards, passports and on-site form.
For visitors and delegations who come with an official institution, we can send the badges upon request to the person in charge of the group who in turn will distribute them to the visitors.
How do I obtain a visa for my visit to China?
With the exception of a few countries, you do not need a business visa to visit China. You may simply apply for a tourist visa in the Chinese consulate of your home country. With a passport that is valid for minimum 6 further months, a tourist visa authorizes you to stay up to 1 month in China.
What is the schedule for the upcoming Special Events Program?

How do I sign up to attend a seminar, workshop or special event?
Signing up for a seminar is very easy and convenient with our online-registration system. Once registration is available for a certain event, you can go to the Events menu and register for those events which you are interested in.

How can I reach SIAL CHINA?
You can show this map to the taxi driver who will bring you to the main entrance.
You can also take metro line 2 and get off at Longyang Road Station. A shuttle bus will wait for you.
Are there discounted hotel rooms in Shanghai?
SIAL CHINA does not offer discounted hotel rates. However, we recommend our official agents to take care of your accommodation during your stay in Shanghai.

Can my children come to visit SIAL CHINA?
No one under the age of 18 will be admitted into the SIAL CHINA. This also applies to small children and infants in strollers or other carriers. SIAL CHINA is an exhibition reserved only for professionals, so in order to create as a productive business climate as possible no children under the age of 18 are admitted.
Are there any facilities for visitors coming by private vehicle?
Parking for visitors of SIAL CHINA will be available according to availability. The exhibition centre – SNIEC will charge you directly for non free parking.
How can I get a translator to help me dealing with Chinese language?
SIAL CHINA is working for many years now with a professional company providing interpreting services.
