A focus on the main wine producing regions, highlighting the world's regions most represented at the exhibition.
For SIAL China 2010, 9 countries were selected: Argentina, Australia, China, France, Italy, Portugal, South Africa, Spain and USA.

Varietals area
This space offers a tasting of the 8 main international grapes varieties originating from Europe and exported to the New World: Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Chenin, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Sauvignon, Shiraz and Tempranillo.

Some major brands exhibiting at SIAL China and revitalizing the Wine & Spirits market will be displayed in this area. Their selection is subject to 3 criteria: innovation, trading success and added value.
