The new wine platform 2009 

 

Due to its success during SIAL Paris, for the first time at SIAL China, a display of pleasure presenting information about the worldwide wine market was set up in the Hall E4.  

 
This dynamic space dedicated to grape varieties and brands for the wine trade permitted you to meet professionals and share ideas by thanks to 3 areas:

  • Geographical explanation

A geographical focus on the main regions of wine production. Highlight on a selection of regions in the world, the most represented at the exhibition.

  • Varietals area

Presenting international grape varieties, this part explained the ‘typicity’, influence and commercial prospects in the big markets of each of these varieties. Visitors had an opportunity to taste the varietal wines represented at SIAL China.

  • Top brands highlights

Conferences to present the major brands that are breathing new life into wine, selected by SIAL China jury according to their Innovation, Commercial success and Value creation
