International Drink in Catering Forum

Data shows that in 2024, China's catering industry revenue reached 5,571.8 billion yuan, a 5.3% YoY increase. However, first-tier cities such as Beijing and Shanghai showed negative growth in the first three quarters, high-end restaurants experienced a wave of closures. As county economies expand and consumer purchasing power rises, the catering market is shifting toward mass-market and affordable dining, which is becoming the mainstream trend. Meanwhile, smaller, flexible, and cost-efficient restaurants are emerging as a key innovation trend. With China's catering market growing, chain restaurants are increasing, but forcing many restaurants into "price wars", which is also prompting more catering brands to explore overseas markets.
SIAL Global Food Industry Summit - International Drink in Catering Forum will invite leading catering groups, popular single-store brands, chain restaurant representatives, major coffee and new-style tea brands to discuss the topics such as industry development trends, brand competitiveness building, global expansion strategies, product innovation trends, etc.
