Mr. Liu is an expert of the Technical Committee of Agricultural Products Cold Chain Logistics Standardization of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, an international project manager of IPMA, and a graduate student of Beijing Jiaotong University. He has nearly ten years of experience in cold chain logistics enterprises and industry associations, and has long been engaged in cold chain logistics policy research, data analysis, market research, standard formulation and revision, and project consulting work, with rich cold chain resources, data and case accumulation, and in-depth insights into the current situation and development trend of the industry. He has participated in the formulation of more than ten cold chain logistics standards, such as the mandatory national standard of Sanitary Code for Food Cold Chain Logistics, and has been responsible for the main preparation of the China Cold Chain Logistics Development Report (Blue Book) for eight consecutive years, and has released more than ten professional reports on cold chain logistics one after another. He has been engaged in the feasibility study and strategic planning of many provincial and municipal cold chain logistics projects, such as the Feasibility Study of Building an International Cold Chain Logistics Hub in Hainan Province, and undertook several government projects including the evaluation report on the implementation of Opinions on Accelerating the Development of Cold Chain Logistics to Safeguard Food Safety and Promote Consumption Upgrading by the Economic and Trade Department of the National Development and Reform Commission, and Research on Promoting High Quality Development of Cold Chain Logistics by the Ministry of Transport.
