
OVEN-BAKED PASTA CHIPS
The oven baked gluten free pasta chips was inspired by an old street food snack that we used to buy after school. However, the texture was very hard, it may ruin one's teeth. Thus, we want to make a healthier version of it by using cheddar cheese, tapioca flour, egg & a little bit of salt before then oven baked it to perfection. We made sure the texture is crunchy and safe for children as well.
