INAPORC is national interprofession of French prok industry from animal feed, breeding, slaughtering, processing to retailing, which binds the French industry together and is committed to defending the common interests of the industry, implementing the common plans, promoting the French industry, participating in the negotiations on hygiene on the international market, contributing to the development of the target markets for export, and guiding the management of the industry in its various technical tasks.

 

 

Groupe Bigard  (Booth E7G004)

 

Founded in 1968 as a family owned and run company, the Bigard Group is the largest European beef company and among the largest meat group (Beef/Pork/Veal/Lamb) in Europe. Bigard has around 50 plants/Locations across France with an annual turnover of 6 billion euros (billion yuan) and 15 000 employees.

 

The group operations are ranging from slaughterhouses to Processing facilities, including Local Distribution Centers and rendering or Hides/skins management with a large number of brands, among which the most famous brands: Bigard, Charal and Socopa.

 

Today, Bigard registered a total of 10 pork and beef plants enabled to China Export.
