Jing Wang is a researcher and doctoral supervisor. He is currently Director of the National Center for Food and Nutrition Monitoring and Evaluation, Institute of Food and Nutrition Development, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs; Chief Scientist of Food Nutrition and Safety Innovation Team, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences; and Director of Double Protein Engineering Technology Research Center, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. Jing is also the chairman of the plant-based food branch of the Chinese Society of Food Science and Technology, the chairman of the National Agricultural Products Nutrition Quality Science and Technology Innovation Alliance, a member of the Agricultural Brand Building Professional Group of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the executive director of the Chinese Society of Food Science and Technology, a member of the Public Nutrition Branch of the Chinese Nutrition Society, and a member of the Expert Committee of the Ningxia National Comprehensive Pilot Zone for the Open Development of Grapes and Grape Industry. He was a judge in the video presentation of the 2018 National Key Research and Development Program of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and a reviewer in the preliminary and overall budget evaluation.
