China’s food industry has entered a significate period of technological innovation to promote supply-side reform, upgrade and transformation. With the promotion of Healthy China 2030, the food industry is developing rapidly in the direction of nutrition, technology and intelligence. "Future Food", which is based on synthetic biology, IoT, AI, 3D printing, nanotechnology, etc. will become an important solution to meet food supply and consumer demand in the future.

SIAL Global Food Industry Summit not only delivers the latest global F&B industry information and analyzes new development trends, but also focuses on food technology innovation and development. To strengthen communication and explore new discoveries in food technology, SIAL Smart-Tech Talent Plan will be held during the SIAL Global Food Industry Summit, which will provide a platform for new products and new technologies to enter the market and discover potential business opportunities.

  • Publish at SIAL Global Food Industry Summit
  • Receive a certificate of SIAL Smart-Tech Talent Plan
  • Have an opportunity to receive supportive funding
 

If you are not selected:

One free ticket for appointed theme forums of the SIAL Global Food Industry Summit.

Without the permission of applicants (individuals or teams), the organizer will not disclose the content of the product and technology to any third party (companies or institutions).
