      （2）Exposium-Sial Exhibition Co., Ltd, a Chinese company registered under the number 91110105766751086P, a controlled subsidiary of the Comexposium Group,

      （3）Sial (Beijing) Exhibitions Co., Ltd, a Chinese company registered under the number 91110105MAK6P5GK45, a controlled subsidiary of the Comexposium Group,

To further optimize our business layout in China and continuously improve the exhibitions service system and overall operational efficiency, upon the unified planning and arrangement of COMEXPOSIUM Group, since June 2026, Sial (Beijing) Exhibitions Co., Ltd. will officially become one of the co-organizers of SIAL in China.

 

The key operational adjustments are hereby specified as follows:

1. Exposium-Sial Exhibition Co., Ltd. is responsible to operate SIAL in China 2026 exhibitions and will ensure the successful delivery of the event and drive the high-quality development of China’s food and beverage industry. All existing contracts and cooperation documents signed with Exposium-Sial Exhibition Co., Ltd. shall remain legally valid.

2. Starting from 2027, SIAL in China exhibitions, including SIAL Shanghai 2027, SIAL Guangzhou 2027 and other subsequent events, will be centrally operated and managed by the original team, with Sial (Beijing) Exhibitions Co., Ltd as the legal entity.

3. All organizing parties of SIAL in China will continue to focus on the food and beverage industry, upgrade service standards, and provide clients with professional, efficient and high-quality one-stop trade and marketing services.
