In the deep - processing field, the automated production line of Guilin Sanleng Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is operating at full capacity, extracting monk fruit sweet glycosides to meet international order demands. Liang Xiaoyan, the deputy general manager of the company, introduced: “Our products are sold to countries such as the US, Canada, Japan and South Korea. Industry data shows that Yongfu County concentrates 70% of the global monk fruit processing business.
