Food Expo 2025 in Shenzhen| Madajie Food's 40-Year Development Journey: A Duet of Craftsmanship Inheritance and Innovative Breakthroughs

Food Expo 2025 in Shenzhen learned that Madajie Food Group, a benchmark enterprise in China's leisure food industry, recently held a grand 40th anniversary celebration in Beijing. This national brand, founded in 1985, started as a small candy factory in Dingxing, Hebei, and has now developed into a modern food industry group with over 8,000 single products. At the celebration, Ma An, chairman of Madajie Food Group, reviewed the 40-year development process of the enterprise. From the initial production of traditional candies to the current diversified categories covering candies, baked goods, bean products, and big health products, Madajie has always adhered to the development concept with quality as the core. It is reported that the group's newly launched innovative products such as compound protein solid drinks and herbal classic formula probiotic drinks demonstrate the enterprise's layout in the big health field.

 

Ma Chunliang, director of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Food Quality Control and Management, specially affirmed Madajie Food's outstanding performance in quality control in his speech. As an enterprise that has won the title of "National Food Safety Demonstration Unit" for ten consecutive years, Madajie has established a strict quality control system and participated in the formulation of 9 national standards and 13 industry standards.

 

 

Innovation is the key driving force for the sustainable development of enterprises. Madajie Food Group combines traditional sugar-making techniques with modern food technology, owning 6 national invention patents and 20 utility model patents. Among them, the production techniques of grain sugar and wine sugar frost have been included in Beijing's intangible cultural heritage. In recent years, through cooperation with cultural IPs such as the Palace Museum and the launch of innovative products like Aoqiao Cocoa, it has successfully achieved the brand's youth-oriented transformation.

 

At the celebration, Madajie Food Group awarded the "Hand in Hand Glory Award" and "Time Contribution Award" to long-term partners and employees. These dealers, suppliers and employees who have followed the enterprise for more than 20 years have witnessed Madajie's growth from a regional brand to a well-known national enterprise. Ma Likai, president of the group, said that it is the support of these fellow travelers that has made Madajie's today's glory.

 

In terms of strategic layout, Madajie Food has recently reached cooperation with institutions such as Guangzhou Institute of Microbiology and Baoqing County Fengshou Seed Industry to strengthen its R&D capabilities in the big health field. Miao Yinghui, executive president, emphasized that in the future, it will continue to optimize operation management and build a more innovative team to provide guarantees for the sustainable development of the enterprise.

 

From the initial survival-oriented innovation to today's systematic breakthroughs, Food Expo 2025 in Shenzhen noticed that the development history of Madajie Food Group has demonstrated the resilience and vitality of Chinese private enterprises.
